Lizzie joined WMS in November 2023 as a Clinical Trials Coordinator for the FOUND trial. Lizzie is a Registered Adult Nurse and Health Visitor and has a wide clinical skill and knowledge base across both primary and secondary care. Prior to joining WMS, Lizzie worked as a Clinical Research Nurse initially at the NIHR/Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Facility, Birmingham on a wide range of predominately phase 1 and phase 2 trials before moving to work in colorectal, surgical, Covid-19 and neurology research specialisms at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust and Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust. She is experienced in the set up, management and delivery of both commercial and academic, CTIMP and Non-CTIMP clinical trials at site level.
