Research Interests

Neil has a long standing interest in the epidemiology of diabetes and the use and maintenance of disease registers for epidemiological surveillance. He is also actively involved in Health Services Research and the evaluation of new health technologies.

Biography

Neil studied Sociology at the University of Nottingham and was awarded an MSc. in Health Services Research and Health Technology Assessment from the University of Sheffield (1998). Neil worked in the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Leicester for a number of years in research and computing posts. He moved to the old School of Post-graduate Medical Education at Warwick in 1999 and now works in the Warwick Medical School, Division of Health Sciences.
