This core module develops knowledge and understanding of multidisciplinary and orthodontic treatment systems and the interface with other dental specialities

  • You will learn to develop diagnostic and treatment skills related to a broad range of orthodontic treatment systems, and the skills to critically appraise data and technical information from academic, commercial and other relevant sources
  • Such knowledge and skills enable more effective evaluation of the needs of individual patients, including consideration of ethical and other relevant implications of different treatment plans
  • Appropriate treatment rationales will be formulated that can be carried out using suitable force systems
