Gives an excellent overall approach to management – relates practice and the theory well

This course helped me understand the basics of operational management. It is well presented, stimulating and informative. The balance of lecture and group work is ideal. Group work helps the free exchange of ideas especially as the course progresses. Enrolment was efficient, access to lecturers and support staff was easy and friendly

Good understanding of management and how to manage differently when appropriate. Group interaction very informative come back with a feeling you have achieved something to take back to apply to work needs

Really good, thoroughly enjoyed it. Thought that the lecturer's approach was fantastic. He made sessions fun and involved all. Very good approach and worked well. Allowed Group to lead and steer it. Overall, very high calibre sessions and lecturers. Thank you

Will prove to be really useful to me in the future within NHS and need to understand barriers to collaboration and integration
