Physics GTA Induction Training


As part of your GTA contract you are required to undertake some mandatory staff induction training.  This form explains the training that you are required to undertake and allows you to upload the completion certificates. 
7 hours have been added to your contract for this  training. The training should be completed during your first 4 weeks in post.

You must ensure that the Staff Induction Modules are undertaken using your GTA Staff ID (see Register Your Staff Account).  You will be enrolled on Preparing to Teach using your student ID. 

The required training with links is as follows;


Preparing to Teach in Higher Education (3 hours)
  • Part 1 - Introductory Workshop  (2nd Of October 2024 - if missed you will need to attend a mop-up session)
  • Part 2 - Preparing to Teach Moodle Training 24/25 (this will be on Moodle shortly)
Staff Induction Modules (4 hours)
