CERN - Junior Fellowships
CERN invites applications for its junior fellowships (BSc or MSc level entry). These enable researchers conducting advanced development work and related research in applied science, computing and engineering, to spend time working in a research group at CERN. An integrated graduate engineering training scheme is available for engineering graduates looking for professional experience in a wide range of engineering and technical fields.
Applicants must hold at least a technical engineering degree or equivalent, and at most an MSc or equivalent, with no more than four years of experience. Candidates who are currently preparing a diploma may apply, provided that they will obtain their qualification by the time they take up the appointment. Nationals of CERN member states may apply.
Stipends are worth between CHF 5,165 and CHF 7,963 per month, for between six and 24 months, with a possible extension of up to three years in total.
