Initial results from determining RSB-specific synthesis were presented at the 20th Plansee Seminar in May 2022.

RSBs were observed to have more significant outgassing during organic binder removal relative to cWCs. A secondary outgassing peak was observed near 600^oC for RSBs which was determined to be H2 resulting from water adsorbed onto elemental B and H at high temperatures.

RSBs were determined to require longer debinding times and additional higher temperature dwells relative to cWCs to determine RSB-specific sintering parameters.
