Sam Curley

About Me

I completed a Master of Physics (MPhys) degree at the University of Leeds in 2017.

I completed my PhD under the supervision of Dr Paul Goddard working on applying extreme conditions of pressure and magnetic field to tune quantum interactions and shed light on the root of exotic magnetism and unconventional superconductivity.

Courses Taken

ISIS Neutron training school 2018, MAGLAB user summer school 2018.

Teaching Duties

I demonstrated the Powder X-ray Diffraction experiment in the second year undergraduate laboratory.
