Shroya Vaidya

Background and Research Interests.

I completed a Master of Physics (MPhys) degree at the University of Warwick in 2020.

during my PhD I worked on quantum materials such as low-dimensional molecular magnets under the supervision of Prof. Paul Goddard. These materials can provide a route to study low-dimensional magnetism that can exhibit quantum phase transition, topological phases, and other fascinating quantum effects. I will be using high magnetic fields and pressures to drive these materials through quantum critical regions where they exhibit these quantum phenomena.
