- The detailed scientific agenda is available on the CERN INDICO server at https://indico.cern.ch/e/hql2021
To make the meeting accessible for remote participants, the morning and afternoon sessions will, respectively, start earlier and end later than normal. (Remote participants should ensure that the conveners of the relevant session are aware of their constraints.) We acknowledge that this does not address all limitations, but it is the best we can do. Recordings of all scientific sessions will be made available after the event.
The meeting will start at 10:45 BST on Monday 13th September, allowing for travel to the conference that morning. Likewise, we will end at 16:15 BST on Friday 17th September, to allow delegates to return home that day, where possible.
In addition to the scientific sessions, there will be a welcome reception on the evening of Monday 13th, before dinner. An excursion will be organised on the afternoon of Wednesday 15th, concluding in the conference banquet. We regret that remote delegates will not be able to join us in these social aspects of the conference programme, but we will strive to ensure that full participation in the scientific programme is possible.
The detailed agenda will be organised on the CERN INDICO server. The slides and recordings will also be made available on INDICO in due course.
