Dr Jessica Marshall

Currently an EPSRC Early Careers Fellow and PI in the Radiation Dense Materials Group

This group investigates and evalutes novel radiation dense materials with a strong focus on fusion power and inclusive of fission power

Other research interests include ferroelectric materials, thin film and bulk crystal growth and proximal probe microscopy techniques including STM and functionalized AFM.

I have also been part of the local organizing group for the IOP Conference for Undergraduate Women Physicists (CuWIP 2025) and am currently working on the Nuclear Academics Discussion Meeting (NADM 2026) that the University of Warwick will be hosting on the 8th - 9th September 2026.
