XMaS Project Coordinator

Duties include:

- Providing administrative support for the XMaS research project.

- Supporting the lead academics to develop and implement systems to achieve project objectives.

- Support and organise outreach activities.

- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Budget monitoring.

- Website maintenance.

- Organising large scale and complex events such as XMas Scientist Experience.

- Managing the user database.

- Booking travel.

- Organising meetings.

Working hours: 08:00-16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00-15:00 on Fridays
