Book of Condolence

Please use the space to below to share memories of Professor Ray Dupree and messages of condolence to Ray's family and colleagues. Your entries will be collated and published on the following page and will eventually be printed and gifted to Ray's family.

For the Warwick community, staff can contact the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which includes bereavement support and other counselling services, or you can access support through the Staff Wellbeing Hub. Students can contact our wellbeing team through our wellbeing portal or by calling 024 765 75570, or speak to your personal tutor/supervisor. Bereavement support from the Chaplaincy is also available to all.

This form will be used to create a book of condolence, that will be published on this webpage for up to three months and eventually in hard copy. Your entry will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored. You will receive an email to confirm your entry has been uploaded. Other than that one email, the data will not be used for any purpose other than to create a book of condolence.
