International Partnership Fund
The University’s International Partnership Fund (IPF) is designed to foster or establish collaborations between Warwick academics and their peers at top international universities or institutions. It supports joint preliminary research, as well as the organization of meetings, conferences, or workshops.
This IPF is intended to support partnership development worldwide. Additional collaborative funding opportunities are available with certain strategic partners, as detailed in the global regions listed below.
Africa
Africa is undergoing a remarkable period of economic and social transformation, with higher education playing a key role. Through deepening our understanding of priorities and development needs of our partners, Warwick is building collaborations rooted in principles of equality and mutually beneficial engagement.
Australasia
In 2012 Monash University, Melbourne, Australia and the University of Warwick combined the expertise and resources of two research-intensive universities, to create a ground-breaking international partnership that is at the forefront of excellence and innovation. .
South and Central Asia
Warwick enjoys deep and varied connections with South and Central Asia. Engaging with our student and alumni communities, research collaborators, and industry and policy partners across this extensive and diverse region, we aim to create a better world together, whist thriving on difference.
East and South East Asia
Warwick has been committed to engagement with East and Southeast Asia for many years. We collaborate with leading research institutions across various academic fields, offering our students and staff numerous opportunities for international collaboration.
Europe
We play an active role in European higher education, research and innovation, and are proud to be a founding member of the EUTOPIA European University alliance. Through our membership of prestigious European networks we extend our influence within higher education, research, policy and industry across Europe.
The Americas
Our academics work closely with counterparts in leading higher education institutions, industry partners and funding bodies across the Americas on a wide variety of projects in both research and education. We also aspire to attract the best and most talented international students and are pleased to welcome students from across the Americas every year.
