If you are allocated to a 35 week let length, you'll need to move out for 5 weeks over the Easter vacation period. Should you need to stay on campus during this period, you can book vacation accommodation through the Student Information CentreLink opens in a new window.
*One kitchen in a Rootes 40 week let area is shared with up to 23 students and one kitchen in a Rootes 35 week let area is shared with up to 19 students, however facilities are comparable to the number of students sharing.

Please be advised that some contracts start on a Sunday, but to ease comparison of the fees across halls, we have rounded up all the weekly let lengths to the nearest week.

The specifications of halls/rooms is correct at the date of publication but may be subject to change as necessary. During the year there will be building works across campus. This may affect some halls but we will do all that we reasonably can to keep noise, disruption and inconvenience to a minimum. It may also mean that some facilities are unavailable.
