You might have heard the term 'professional services cluster' thrown around a lot. Well, what does it mean?

Each cluster comprises of a group of professional services bodies' with some common visions and objectives.

What was unique about ITLR 2023 is that is was not a random SWAT analysis of departments and services across University, but well-thought of processes, with an underlying framework. What is Warwick, as a University, good at? What is not up to mark at the University? How does this compare to ITLR 2017? The focus here is the University as a whole, rather than individual departments or professional services bodies'.

What is key to navigating this chapter is that each of the 6 institutional themes has a section dedicated to it, which signposts you to other outcomes of ITLR most relevant to it, by highlighting these in bold. These 'other relevant outcomes' can be a report on the common themes, or bespoke themes, or a specific panel report.
