Dissemination of Good Practice
Dissemination of Good Practice
Departments use various methods to engage stakeholders and external partners, with a strong emphasis on collaboration through meetings and forums. Digital tools like Unitu are used to communicate with students. Good practice is shared through:
- Meetings and events (staff and student)
- Committees, working groups, and networks
- Publications
- Strategic initiatives (e.g., strategy renewal, inclusive education plans)
However, the reach of these efforts may be limited. More structured and frequent cross-departmental collaboration such as department-to-department dialogues and deeper partnerships could further enhance dissemination. Technology could also be better leveraged through online platforms, webinars, and virtual workshops. Celebrating success stories can further motivate adoption of good practices.
The excellence and enhancement webpages offer an opportunity to connect departments by sharing outlines and case studies of excellent practices. A dropdown menu of key themes allows departments to initiate contact in areas where they are undertaking or planning enhancements.
