Warwick Home Supervisor
I confirm that the Warwick Head of Department/School supports this application on the understanding that any award received under this scheme represents a budget virement. Actual expenditure, associated with the award, will be recorded in the awarded department. On a quarterly basis a budget virement, based on actual costs, will be made by Finance to eliminate any adverse variance against pre-awarded business plan financial targets.
I confirm that the Host Department/School agrees to provide necessary facilities for the activity and confirm that the project would not entail a significant increase in the use of any university services and that any health and safety and ethical requirements have been considered and that the relevant approvals will be sought before the project begins.
Monash Host Supervisor
I confirm that the Host Department/School supports this application on the understanding that any award received under this scheme represents a reimbursement of actual expenditure and not a cash award. They also understand that this may impact both the budgeted and actual gross surplus and gross margin percentage of the department/school.

1. I have the support (attached) of both my home and host supervisors;
2. I have successfully completed my Confirmation (Monash) or Upgrade (Warwick) milestone;
