We've reviewed our operational activities to ensure we're using our resources as efficiently as possible.

From 1 August 2025, we will be making changes to the cleaning schedules in certain areas of the University. These adjustments will allow us to operate efficiently, whilst continuing to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our community.

• Meeting rooms will move from a daily cleaning service to a weekly schedule. To help maintain these spaces between cleans, we kindly ask that food is not consumed in meeting rooms. Drinks will still be permitted, and we appreciate everyone’s support in leaving surfaces clean and tidy after use.
• Stairwells will also be cleaned weekly rather than daily.

We understand that these changes may require some adjustment, and we are grateful for your cooperation and understanding.
