When you initially login, the system retrieves your data from a location off campus.
You can improve the performance yourself by keeping open calendars to a minimum (un-tick when not being looked at) and by good email housekeeping. Set a reminder on your calendar to -
- Regularly check and delete items - from your ‘Junk E-mail’ and ‘Deleted Items’ folders.
- Regularly review - sort emails by ‘Size’ and also by ‘Date’ to see if the largest emails and oldest emails can be deleted.
