Release notes for web applications
SiteBuilder 2.639 released
We released SiteBuilder version 2.639 on Wednesday 28th January 2026. Changes in this update include:
- Improved consistency of terms used across SiteBuilder.
- SiteBuilder forms: If a user exceeds the character limit of a response field, the error message now displays the character limit.
- Calendar feed components are now limited to displaying 100 future events.
- The Supports Pages-to-go checkbox has been removed from the Advanced properties section of Page properties.
- The Create from Office button has been removed from the Sub-pages screen.
- Google Consent Mode v2 has now been enabled for all users of Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which respects user privacy and can allow for better quality analytics. No action is required.
SiteBuilder 2.638 released
We released SiteBuilder version 2.638 on Monday 19th January 2026. Changes in this version include:
- Editors can now choose whether Resource Bookings pages set users' status to Free or Busy in Calendar event files attached to notification emails. This option is available under Bookings settings, and applies to all resources on a given page.
Tabula 2026.1.2 released
We released Tabula version 2026.1.2 on Friday 16th January 2026. Changes in this version include:
- Users with permissions set at module level are now able to generate a Reasonable Adjustment report for the department. This report displays results only for students assigned to their modules.
SiteBuilder 2.637 released
We released SiteBuilder version 2.637 on Monday 13th January 2026. Changes in this update include:
- The Edit permissions screen once again displays the members of a webgroup when the (who?) link is selected.
- SiteBuilder Forms: Labels for Paired drop down lists now display correctly when using Textile markup.
Tabula 2026.1.1 released
We released Tabula version 2026.1.1 on Friday 9th January 2026. Changes in this update include:
- Extension requests and mitigating circumstances submissions can now be sorted by submission date.
- Department admins can now download a report of coursework extension requests.
- Users with permissions set at department level can now generate Reasonable Adjustments reports for individual modules.
