Warwick’s Research Development Fund (Strategic Awards) is now open to applications for activity taking place between 1 August, 2019 and 31 July, 2020.

This provides pump-priming funds for project proposals to enhance the University's capacity and capability to undertake world-class, pioneering research.

This annual competition provides up to £25,000 of pump-priming support for the development of new research initiatives that are innovative and strategic in nature.

Projects can vary in size and interdisciplinary proposals are particularly welcomed. They must clearly articulate how they will lead directly to future bids for external funding. The deadline for applications is 4pm on Thursday 16 May, 2019.
