Making the most of your strengths (P2R)
Being aware of your strengths and those of others can make you more productive and happier in your work. By enabling you to understand, articulate and make good use of your strengths, this interactive and reflective workshop
will help to enhance your self-awareness, confidence and effectiveness.
Workshop participants will also have the opportunity for an individual appointment with a Strengths Practitioner.
By the end of the workshop you will have:
- reviewed your own strengths (using a Strengths Profile completed in advance)
- explained your strengths profile to others
- related the 4M model of development to your own development
- identified scenarios in which you can maximise your strengths during your PhD.
