Defeating self-sabotage (P3R)
This workshop will offer the opportunity to understand the concept of self-sabotage, identify common and individual self-sabotaging behaviours, and offer practical strategies to defeat them.
By the end of the workshop you will have:
- an understanding of the concept of self-sabotage and how it can manifest in postgraduate researchers
- the ability to identify your own self-sabotaging behaviours
- a range of practical strategies to defeat your self-sabotage.

Who is it for? All postgraduate research students. To register for this workshop, you must be enrolled on (or recently graduated from) one of the following degrees: PhD, MPhil, Masters by Research, EngD, EdD, professional doctorate.
