Dealing with Imposter Syndrome (P4R)

Secretly worried someone might find out that you're not as bright and capable as others think you are? This workshop will help you learn to banish your fears so you can enjoy your research with confidence.

By the end of the workshop you will have:

  • a clear overview of the phenomenon of imposter syndrome
  • the capacity to understand how imposter syndrome may affect you personally
  • a range of tactics to help minimise the impact of imposter syndrome so you can feel more adequate to carry out your research successfully.

The style of the workshop is mostly experiential, featuring small-group discussions and individual reflective activities.
