Is equipment provided?

All sessions of your course include:

  • Instructor led learning from experienced coaches
  • Flotation devices and support aids available for all sessions
  • Access to showers and other facilities

What should I bring?

To get the most from your course:

  • Suitable swimwear such as swimsuits, speedos or shorts
  • We recommend you bring a swim hat if you have long hair
  • You can bring goggles, but they are not required
  • Towels and drinks can be taken poolside


Suitable for:

  • Complete beginners to swimming
  • Those who would like to improve their water confidence and start learning the mechanics of swimming in a friendly environment

What you'll learn:

  • You'll be gradually introduced to frontcrawl, backstroke and breaststroke
  • Each week will focus on a particular elemnt of the 'BLABT' framework to progress swimming ability - body position, legs, arms, breathing, timing

Suitable for:

  • Those who are confident in the water and able to comfortably swim frontcrawl and backstroke
  • Anyone able to swim lengths in a 25m pool - but no need to worry about how quickly these are completed or how good the technique is
  • Confidence and comfort are the two key prerequisites

What you'll learn:

  • Improved fitness through fun and engaging swim workouts
  • Improved technique for your strokes - frontcrawl, backstroke and breaststroke
  • Start learning the butterfly stroke

  • Those who want to swim as quickly and efficiently as they possibly can
  • If you're looking to improve your technique and fitness

What you'll learn:

  • Improving endurance, speed and fitness using exciting training methods from the pros
  • Examining technqiue from the perspective of a competitive swimmer
  • Begin to look at how to tumble turn and effectively streamline
