Before you leave, let us know when you plan to arrive at your host destination:
Upon Arrival
*ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ARRIVAL*
3. Confirm your arrival at your host destination within 24 hours of arrival
This is critical so that we know you have arrived at your host destination safely. We must know where each student is located in order to support you in the event of emergency. If you do not return this information within 24 hours then we will be forced to escalate attempts to contact you through the host and ultimately your emergency contact. Please complete the short form and save escalation being required.
4. Update your contact details in Student Records online
In addition to confirming your start within 24 hours, you must also update your contact details in Student Records Online. It is essential we have an up to date telephone number for you. You must continue to check your Warwick email account whilst away to receive important messages from us.

You must get this signed after you have arrived and have started your study or work placement. The form must be signed and dated by your host institution.

Please upload this to the 'Arrival Placement Plan' area in the 'During placement' section of eVision. This will be used to calculate your Warwick Mobility Bursary payment.
