Students on Study Placements:

• Mid Term Placement Plan must be submitted by everyone on a full year placement once you start your second semester.
• Also, if your modules change at any point you must submit this form
• If you use two (or more) Mid Term Placement Plans during the year because your modules change more than once please join both together before uploading to evision

European STUDY placements must be at least 3 FULL months in duration to retain Erasmus+ eligibility.
