By completing this form you are confirming that you do not require a Confirmation of Acceptance for Study (CAS) or a letter in support of a Short Term Study visa from the University of Warwick, to enable you to apply for either a Tier 4 General Student visa or a Short Term Study visa. You are therefore advising us that you have relevant and correct immigration permission to study in the UK.

When you are confident that you are able to confirm that you do hold correct immigration permission which permits study in the UK, then you can then complete the form below.
