Inbound application process

How do I apply?

The application process for incoming exchange students consists of the following steps:

  1. Nomination: Your home university will nominate you. Please refer to the information for university partnersLink opens in a new window for further details.
  2. Application: The Student Mobility Team at Warwick will contact you via email with the application instructions. Please see the information below on the documents that are required as part of the application. Once you submit your application, you will be able to view progress of your application via the Applicant Portal.Link opens in a new window

If you are not attending a partner university with an Exchange Agreement you can apply direct as a fee-paying student. You will be required to submit a nomination letter from your home university though please note that not all academic departments are able to accept fee-paying students.
