Please ensure that you have fully enrolled, and bring your Warwick student ID card with you.

Alternatively, you can upload your attendance forms here.  Please note that you will be able to upload your attendance forms when you have fully enrolled at Warwick University and have been given your @warwick email address.

Learning Agreements MUST BE confirmed by your academic department (this can be identified on your offer letter). Please ask them to sign your form when you have confirmed your module plan.
