Inbound Exchange Student Attendance Forms

Inbound exchange/study abroad students from a University of Warwick partner university

Welcome to our new students!  Please note that we cannot sign an arrival form in advance.  Scroll down to see when we will be available to sign your forms in person.

It is quicker to obtain a signature on your form by attending an in-person session.  If you upload an arrival form, please allow at least two weeks for us to return it to you.

Information for departing students.  We do hope you enjoyed your placement at Warwick.  The quickest way to have your departure form signed is to attend an in-person session - scroll down for details.  If you have already uploaded or emailed your departure form, there is no need to do so again.  Rest assured that we process departure forms as quickly as we can.

Some exchange students are required by their home university or scholarship provider to prove that they have arrived and are studying at the university, or to show that they have stayed until the end of their placement.  If you are an exchange student who requires a signature on your certificate of arrival or departure, the quickest way to get it signed is to bring the printed form to us, the Student Mobility Team, in person.  (If your home university or scholarship provider does not have this requirement, you do not have to take any action.)

If you have a Learning Agreement and need a signature, please scroll down to 'Learning Agreements' below for more information.

Arrival Certificates/Forms

A member of the Student Mobility team will usually be available in the Student Opportunity Hub, located on the Ground Floor of Senate House, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (but not Mondays!)

Please check the Student Mobility homepage for any changes to the schedule before attending - any changes will be stated there.

If you are coming in person, please ensure that you have fully enrolled, bring your Warwick student ID card and your printed form with you.

We advise you to print your form before you leave home.  If you need to print when you arrive, please see the following information about printing at Warwick:
