Inbound Exchange Student Attendance Forms

Inbound exchange/study abroad students from a University of Warwick partner university.


Arrival Certificates/Forms

If you require a signature on your certificate of arrival, the Student Mobility team will be available at the Welcome Event on Monday 23rd September - further details will be provided nearer the time.

The Student Mobility Team (Erasmus/exchange) are also available in the Student Opportunity Hub, located on the Ground Floor of Senate House as follows:

Monday 23rd September: 09.30-12.00

Tuesday 24th September: 09.30-12.00 and 13.00-15.00

Wednesday 25th September: 09.30-12.00 and 13.00-15.00

Thursday 26th September: 09.30-12.00 and 13.00-15.00

Friday 27th September: 09.30-12.00 and 13.00-15.00

Every Tuesday 13:00 to 14:00 during term time (unless otherwise stated).  Please check for any changes to the schedule before attending - any changes will be stated on the Student Mobility website.

 

If you are coming in-person, please ensure that you have fully enrolled, bring your Warwick student ID card and your printed form with you. 

We advise you to print your form before you leave home.  If you need to print when you arrive, please see the following information about printing at Warwick:


Alternatively, you can complete the form below and attach your arrival form for signing. (Not available 16th September to 2nd October inclusive - please attend our in-person drop-in sessions instead.)

If you are uploading, make sure that you have fully enrolled and have a Warwick email address.  Forms will be signed electronically by the Student Mobility Team and returned to you via your Warwick email address, as soon as we are able to.  Please allow a few days for us to complete and return your form.


Departure Certificates/Forms 

Departure forms cannot be signed more than 5 days before your leaving/departure date or the end of term.

Alternatively, you can complete the form below and attach your departure form for signing.  If you are uploading your form and you are leaving before the end of term, please state your departure date in the comments box.  Forms will be signed electronically by the Student Mobility Team and returned to you via your Warwick email address, as soon as we are able to.  Please allow a few days for us to complete and return your form.


Learning Agreements 

Learning Agreements are confirmed by your academic department (this can be identified on your offer letter).  They will be able to do this when you have completed the module selection process. Academic department contact information may be found here: Academic Department/Subject Area Information

If your home University requires a signature from the 'Institutional Erasmus+ co-ordinator,' upload it here when it has been signed by your academic department and we will sign it and return it to your Warwick email address.
