Please allow a few days for us to complete and return your form.
Forms cannot be signed more than 5 days before your leaving/departure date or the end of term.
If you are uploading your form and you are leaving before the end of term, please state your departure date in the comments box.

Learning Agreements are confirmed by your academic department (this can be identified on your offer letter). They will be able to do this when you have completed the module selection process. If your home University requires a signature from the 'Institutional Erasmus+ co-ordinator' upload it here when it has been signed by your academic department and we will sign it and return it to your Warwick email address.
