If you are an Inbound exchange or Erasmus+ student ARRIVING in January 2023 and you require a signature on your certificate of arrival, we will be available in the Student Opportunity Hub in Senate House on Tuesdays between 1pm and 2pm (check the Student Mobility homepage first in case of any changes).
Please ensure that you have fully enrolled, and bring your Warwick student ID card and your printed form with you.
The Student Opportunity Hub is located on the Ground Floor of Senate House. View our interactive campus map.
Alternatively, you can upload your attendance forms here, but there may be a couple of weeks' delay before we can respond. Please note that you will be able to upload your attendance forms when you have fully enrolled at Warwick University and have been given your @warwick email address.
Learning Agreements MUST BE confirmed by your academic department (this can be identified on your offer letter). Please ask them to sign your form when you have confirmed your module plan. PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD YOUR LEARNING AGREEMENT HERE UNLESS IT HAS ALREADY BEEN SIGNED BY YOUR ACADEMIC DEPARTMENT AT WARWICK AND IT SPECIFICALLY SHOWS THAT YOU NEED TWO SIGNATURES FROM WARWICK. If your home University requires a signature from the 'Institutional Erasmus+ co-ordinator' please upload the form here when it has been verified by your academic department at the University of Warwick.
Departure forms - we CANNOT sign forms more than 5 days before your leaving/departure date or the end of term. If you are leaving before the end of term, please state your departure date in the comments box.
All forms uploaded here will be signed electronically by the Student Mobility Team and returned to you via your Warwick email address.
The data which personally identifies you is collected on this form to enable Student Mobility staff to return your form to you when completed.
