You can use any assessor who is either a registered educational psychologist or a specialist dyslexia professional (with a practising certificate) and registered with PATOSS. You will not be able to apply for the Disabled Students' Allowances (DSAs) if your report is not written by someone with one of the above qualifications. All those listed meet the criteria.
