Forest Bathing in Tocil Wood - slow down and reconnect with nature

Please ensure that you are signed in to your Warwick account to enable you to submit this form.

Discover the calming power of nature with our Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) session, led by certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, Prisca Andersen.  This Japanese practice helps reduce stress, boost mood, and reconnect us with ourselves and the natural world.  During the session, Prisca will guide you through Tocil Wood at a slow, comfortable pace, beginning with a short meditation and moving through mindful activities designed to awaken your senses and invite personal reflection.  There’s no right or wrong way to Forest Bathe - it’s about noticing what feels right for you

The session will be held on Wednesday 29th October from 1pm to 3.30pm and is open to all students, with no expectations other than kindness and respect.

Join us on to explore what nature connection means to you and discover how slowing down can enhance your wellbeing.
