This masterclass is aimed at Post Graduate Taught (PGT) students to provide a snapshot of strategies and tips that you can use to look after your wellbeing. The masterclass is designed to address some of the challenges that may arise during your Post Graduate course, such as competing commitments, intense workload and maintaining motivation. By offering strategies that focus on creating a balance that works for you, it presents a range of practical tools and resources that you can use to remain motivated, productive and help you to manage demands.
