Accommodation Feedback
The Student Accommodation Survey (previously the Student Satisfaction Survey) is undertaken every year, with over 2,000 student responses in the 2024/25 academic year. The Warwick Student Survey (previously The Student Feedback Survey) is one of our regular large-scale student surveys undertaken in the first and third terms of every year, with over 3,000 responses for Term 1, and 1,600 responses for Term 3 of the 2024/25 academic year. We've listened to your comments about accommodation from all of these surveys.
Continuously Improving Your Accommodation Experience
We are committed to enhancing the quality of student living on campus. As part of our ongoing renewals and improvements plan and in response to your feedback, we successfully delivered over 30 projects this year to improve accommodation for our students.
During the summer of 2025, we carried out extensive redecoration and refurbishment across several residences. This included:
- Fresh decoration of corridors, kitchens, bedrooms, and communal spaces, covering thousands of square metres.
- Installation of over 2,600 m² of new carpet tiles and flooring in bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors.
- Kitchen enhancements in selected residences, featuring new worktops and appliances.
- Introduced a new service wash option, giving you more choice in how you do your laundry.
Additionally, we have started a large-scale refurbishment project at Claycroft. Residents will benefit from bathroom redecoration across all three blocks whilst the blocks benefit from a full re-wire and new roof.
