Covid-19 guidance: Update 25 January 2022

Here’s an update on Covid-19 arrangements at Warwick, following last week’s government announcement that Plan B restrictions will be lifted after 26 January 2022.

Following last week’s government announcement that Plan B restrictions will be lifted after 26 January, the decision has been taken to keep existing face covering guidance in place at Warwick until the end of term 2. This means you're required to wear a face covering in line with current term 2 guidance.

Our priority is for you to have the best learning experience possible including being able to continue with face-to-face teaching, and so we think it’s sensible to take a cautious approach to minimise the risk of transmission and keep our community safe. We also want to ensure you can keep enjoying campus and life outside of your studies including Warwick Presents and other social and extracurricular events and opportunities.

As always, the safety and wellbeing of our community is paramount. We’ll continue to monitor the situation, taking into account the latest data and information and will let you know if anything changes. In the meantime, you can stay up to date with news and find detailed safety guidance on the Stay Safe webpages.

We really appreciate your support in following guidance and doing your bit to keep yourself and those around you safe.
