The Moves+ programme is closing
The Moves+ programme at the University of Warwick will unfortunately be closing on Monday 30 June 2025, after which all accounts and access will be removed. You will be able to redeem points within Moves+ up until and including 30 June.
Community Fridge relaunched to combat food waste and support students
A collaborative initiative between Warwick Food Group, the Department of Chemistry, the Energy & Sustainability Team, and dedicated student volunteers has brought the Community Fridge back. Anyone can donate or take food, with restocks from 5pm Monday–Friday.

A429 Closure
From Monday 2nd June - Sunday 20th July, the A429 Kenilworth road between the Gibbet Hill road roundabout - Common Lane junction will be closed to vehicular traffic. Access to all properties, footpaths and cyclists will be maintained. This can impact on your journey times, so please leave plenty of time when travelling to campus for your exams.

Demonstrations on campus – Wednesday 14 May and Thursday 15 May 2025
We are aware of a demonstration currently taking place outside Senate House. The demonstration is by Warwick Stands with Palestine. On Wednesday 14 May and Thursday 15 May access to University House and WMG buildings will move to a single point of access. This is in response to a planned rally. You will need to be prepared to show your university ID to Community Safety staff and keep it visible while in the buildings. University House will close to students for general access from Thursday 15 May and remain closed to students until Friday morning.

Tocil Bridge Estates Works Update
Design works to replace the damaged Tocil Bridge have now been completed with logistical planning progressing at pace. However, due to third party, access and reinstatement complexities the works are taking longer than hoped to ensure a safe and sustainable solution is provided. We thank you for your on-going patience with this matter and urge the Campus community to practice water safe behaviour in the area and to follow instructional signage to ensure the safety of all. Due to on-going anti-social behaviour Community Safety will be patrolling the area on a more regular basis.
