Report and Support: Annual Report 2024-25
Today, we are sharing the results of the 2024-25 Report and Support annual report.
The Report and Support platform allows online disclosure, with students and staff able to tell us about experiences that have affected them, including bullying, harassment, discrimination, relationship abuse and sexual misconduct. It represents a trauma-informed and survivor-led institutional response to these issues, with support from our Students’ Union. This allows us to ensure students and staff are receiving the help they need.
Hear from Professor Stuart Croft, Vice-Chancellor:
The University of Warwick is committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment where every member of our community can thrive. The Report and Support initiative is central to this mission, and I am pleased to present our fifth Annual Report, which demonstrates both progress and accountability.
Over the past year, as more staff and students have engaged with the service to seek assistance, we’ve taken the opportunity to widen the reach of our training programmes, refreshed website content and introduced specialised workshops, embedding awareness and intervention skills across campus. We’re also proud to be one of only five universities to have joined the Emily Test Charter Pilot in England, to advance gender-based violence prevention.
This progress reflects our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement. Looking ahead, we will build on this foundation to strengthen trust, address under-representation and ensure every member of our community feels safe and respected.
Professor Stuart Croft
Vice-Chancellor
