What is your Sustainability Vision for the University?

Sustainability Consultation: 4.30pm | 12 May | SU MR4/5

The University and Students’ Union would like your input to help consider what the University’s future approach to sustainability should be.
A sustainability working group is shaping the vision, and getting input from staff and students across the University community through interviews and focus groups. Now is your chance to find out more and get involved.

Considerations will aim to address the social, economic and environmental aspects of sustainability, and apply to all areas of the University’s activities across teaching, research, the built environment and community interaction. Some of the key aspects to consider include:

  • The use and quality of green space on campus,
  • Transport and private car use to and from campus,
  • University managed and contracted student accommodation,
  • Sustainability related teaching and research, and
  • Responsible and ethical investment of university funds.
  • How students can contribute to and help design and implement sustainability at Warwick.
To have your input to developing our vision, you are invited to the following discussion forum:
MR4/5 in the SU 4.30pm – 6.00pm, Thursday 12 May 2016
