I have been granted Humanitarian Protection by the UK government

I have been granted Discretionary Leave to Remain (DRL) OR Limited Leave to Remain (LLR) by the UK government as a result of my asylum application

I have been granted refugee status by the UK government

My application for refugee status has been finally determined as refused by the UK government OR I am submitting a fresh claim or applying for judicial review

The UK government has granted me protection under an established scheme – e.g. Ukraine Schemes (Homes for Ukraine, Ukraine Family Scheme, Ukraine Sponsorship Scheme, Ukraine Extension Scheme) or Afghan Schemes (ARAP or ACRS)

Other

Please note that students who are Refugees or have been granted protection by the UK government through the Ukraine Schemes or Afghan Schemes are usually eligible for Home fees and governmental financial support. Students with these statuses therefore aren't eligible for the Undergraduate Sanctuary Scholarship.
