Previous Study in the UK
To enable us to issue you with a CAS, the Home Office UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) requires that we state whether you have previously studied in the UK on a Student Visa. (If the study was a while ago, this would include UK study on a previous equivalent visa e.g. the Tier 4 General Visa or a General Student Visa).
For more information on the time limits for studying in the UK, please see our Immigration Services websiteLink opens in a new window
- Please note you only need to state previous study on a Student Visa, you do not need to state previous study on a Child Student Visa or Short Term Student Visa or a previous equivalent e.g. Tier 4 (Child) Visa or Student Visitor Visa issued before 2016
