Congratulations on your offer to study at the University of Warwick!
Our Offer Holder Days are designed especially to acquaint you with your chosen department and give you a taste of life as a student at Warwick.
Dates for students beginning their studies from September 2025 are:
- Wednesday 19 February 2025
- Saturday 8 March 2025
- Wednesday 12 March 2025
- Saturday 26 April 2025
Please note, departments will be in touch directly with Offer Holders to invite them to their events. Not all departments will be present on all dates. On the dates listed above we will also have a morning programme of activities.
How to book
Bookings are by invitation only. We're pleased to inform you that our 2025 Offer Holder Events will open for bookings in December 2024. Provided there are dates available for your course, you should receive an invitation shortly after you receive your offer letter. If you haven't received an invitation, please get in touch at opendays@warwick.ac.uk.
Each department curates their own programme for the day. On some dates there is also the opportunity to attend one of our Warwick Experience morning sessions, which provide an overall introduction to the University and are ideal if you weren't able to join us for an Open Day.
Timetable and venue
Your timetable will be included in your booking confirmation email. If you haven't received your booking confirmation, please email opendays@warwick.ac.uk
Please bring your booking confirmation email with you on the day.

What to bring
