Your offer letter contains details of any conditions you are required to satisfy and any official documents that you need to supply. Below you will find helpful guidance on how to supply these documents.
You must provide proof of meeting your offer conditions (excluding results released in August) by 5pm on 31 July 2025. This may include verification of qualifications or results already achieved, proof of proficiency in English language or ATAS.
For any results released in August 2025 (e.g. A Level, Irish Leaving Certificate and GCSE), the deadline to provide confirmation that you have met conditions is 31 August 2025.
For applicants who request a resit or remark of qualifications awarded in academic year 2024/25, the deadline to provide confirmation of these results is 3 September 2025.
We need to receive proof of your exam results before we can confirm your place.
Exam results that you need to tell us about
If you’re taking qualifications not listed below, including any overseas qualifications, you need to provide an official copy of your results by 5pm on 31 July 2025.
Your results should be sent to us via the document upload link to be sent to offer holders in an 'Information Request' email in summer 2025. If you have not yet received this request and you are ready to submit your results, you can send them via email to .
Please ensure that you provide a clear colour copy of your final certificate or transcript. We are unable to accept provisional results.
Alternatively, your school or college can send results to us directly via email to , from an official school or college email address.
The email must include:
Your name.
Your UCAS number.
A scanned colour copy of your official result or certificate. We are unable to accept provisional results.
The name and position of the member of staff sending the information (where applicable).
International Baccalaureate results
Please arrange for IB results to be released to the University via the IB portal. Instructions are provided on the IB Organisation's Requesting transcripts and certificates webpageLink opens in a new window. The IB coordinator at your school or college may be able to assist you with this process.
Advanced Placement (AP), SAT or ACT results
Results from these exams must be submitted to the University of Warwick directly from the awarding body. Please refer to the College Board or ACT website for further instructions on how to send your results.
Ontario Secondary School Diploma results
Certificates and transcripts for this qualification must be submitted from an official school or college email to with the name and position of the member of staff providing the results.
Exam results that we automatically receive
If you are studying for any of the following qualifications we will receive your results directly from the awarding body:
GCE A-levels and/or AS levels
Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) (including Advanced and Advanced Subsidiary, and Pre-U Diploma and Certificate)
BTEC qualifications
SQA qualifications
Irish Leaving Certificate
Advanced Diploma and Progression Diploma

You do not need to send us proof of these results unless we contact you.

West African Senior School Certificate
Applicants who have studied the West African Senior School Certificate must submit their results directly from the awarding body. Please see the WAEC website for further instructions on how to share your result.
For some courses we may have asked for you to take additional qualifications. For example, if you applied to a Mathematics related course, you may be asked to achieve a specific grade in a STEP paper of your choice. We need to receive proof of your results by 31 August 2025.
Common additional qualifications
STEP
We receive STEP results directly from the awarding body. You do not need to send us proof of these results unless we contact you.
TMUA
We receive TMUA results directly from the awarding body if you choose to share them with us. This can be done before or after you’ve taken the test. Please check with your awarding body to see if you have chosen to share your results with us. If not, please arrange for your results to be shared with us so that we can verify your result.

IELTS
Please provide us with your Test Report Form Number or a scanned copy of your certificate.
Pearson
Please provide us with your Score Report Code or a scanned copy of your certificate. Alternatively, please send your scores to us via your Pearson PTE account and email us to enable us to retrieve your results.
TOEFL
Please provide us with a scanned copy of your certificate.
Cambridge Advanced and Proficiency Tests
Please provide us with your Statement of Results number (Reference number).
If we have asked you for verification of your reference, you need to arrange for your school or college to send this to us straight away.
Your reference should be sent to us by email from an official school or college email address.
The email must include:
Your name.
Your UCAS number.
The name and position of the member of staff sending the information.
Please arrange for verification of your reference to be sent to by 31 July 2025 at the latest.
If you have applied to study an integrated Masters in Physics (MPhys) or some integrated Masters courses in Engineering (MEng) your offer may include an ATAS condition (please see course table below). After you have applied for ATAS clearance, the University will receive your ATAS clearance result directly from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office so there is no need to provide this to the admissions service.
