The graduate scheme for the Civil Service is a leadership programme that accelerates your career in three years. The fast growth was the main attraction.

The freedom and benefits that come with working for the Civil Service.
What are the key skills you learnt at Warwick that have helped you with your career to date?
Report writing, teamwork, poster designs, Master’s degree, autonomy, and independence.
Did you have a specific career path in mind when you chose to study at Warwick?
I wanted to be a scientist – either a clinical scientist or a research scientist.
What top tips do you have for Warwick graduates who would like to work in your sector?
Apply early and fast. It's such a great opportunity for graduates.
What does a typical day look like for you?
Working from home or in the office. Lots of team facilitating and organising events, meetings, and chairing meetings . Taking a product from discovery to alpha, usually software for the public to use.
