Describe your current role and what attracted you to it.

In my current role as COO, I work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic planning, optimise cross-functional operations, and oversee key initiatives, including AI integration and performance tracking. I was drawn to this position by the opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, where I could leverage both my analytical background and leadership skills to deliver tangible business impact.

What are the key skills you learnt at Warwick that have helped you with your career to date?

At Warwick, one of the key skills I developed was the ability to be a "jack of all trades", combining strategic thinking with technical expertise. The interdisciplinary approach of the programmes helped me become comfortable navigating both high-level business strategy and detailed analytical work. This versatility has been essential in my career, especially when leading cross-functional teams or driving complex projects where bridging technical and business areas is crucial.
