Leading the Singapore office, building influence in SEA and Europe.

What’s your favourite part of the role?

Working with exceptional entrepreneurs and helping them turn ideas into category-defining companies.

What are the key skills you learnt at Warwick that have helped you with your career to date?

How to build companies with limited resources.

What top tips do you have for Warwick graduates who would like to work in your sector?

Be genuinely curious about business and technology, build relationships early, and develop a perspective on where value will emerge.

What does a typical day look like for you?

Meeting partners, building ideas, sourcing deals, supporting portfolio founders, debating investment theses, and creating firm development strategies with our team.

What has been your greatest career challenge to date and how did your experience and skills help overcome it?

Holding things together when the macro-environment changed drastically. Resilience, adaptability, and structured thinking helped me navigate uncertainty.

What do you know now that you wish you had known when you were applying for jobs?

Most career paths aren’t linear – momentum comes from saying yes to tough, unglamorous opportunities.
