Describe your current role and what attracted you to it.

As a specialist at the Foreign Affairs Office of CCID, I am responsible for foreign affairs management and services.

A typical specialist’s annual main job responsibilities include the following:

1. Responsible for the company's external cooperation work: liaising and communicating with overseas governments, think tanks, investment institutions, and partners– establishing and maintaining external relationship networks and cooperation platforms.

2. Responsible for arranging high-level foreign affairs activities of the company, organising bilateral and multilateral foreign affairs meetings, and international conferences, and coordinating the foreign affairs activities of various departments of the company.

3. Responsible for coordinating and participating in multilateral and bilateral government cooperation, exchange, and dialogue mechanisms.

4. Assisting in foreign affairs communication and implementation of official overseas travel regulations, as well as related actual processes, building and maintaining a database of the company’s foreign affairs, and official overseas travel data.

What attracted me: this role meets with my abilities and ambition.

What are the key skills you learnt at Warwick that have helped you with your career to date?

Learning abilities can be developed without limit and are transferable with everything. I developed extraordinary learning habits at Warwick, and I am capable of dealing with anything because of this.
