Describe your current role and what attracted you to it.

I’ve always been curious about working for large enterprises. I secured a leadership role at Amazon where I foster a strong culture of safety and wellbeing while analysing performance, streamlining processes, and collaborating with management to improve productivity, quality, and operational excellence.

What’s your favourite part of your role?

Seeing my managers grow and develop – it gives me the feeling that I have taken the right actions to help and support them in following their passions.

What are the key skills you learnt at Warwick that have helped you with your career to date?

I learned how to be a leader rather than just a manager, while building practical skills in innovation, supply chains, project delivery, and strategic thinking.

Did you have a specific career path in mind when you chose to study at Warwick?

Yes, I always wanted to work in operations, and Warwick helped me build my dream.

What top tips do you have for Warwick graduates who would like to work in your sector?

Take every risk and opportunity presented to you, as you never know where that path will take you. Trust the process and do your best.
