Why did you choose Warwick?

It was a mix of the course and the curriculum, not to mention the beautiful campus.

What are you doing now?

I am an entrepreneur and business coach, and an advisor to startups incubated under the Warwick Enterprise Start-Up Programme.

What motivates you to do what you do? 

Being part of someone's transformation in taking an idea to launching a revenue-generating, profitable consumer brand is not only exciting but deeply rewarding as a coach. As an entrepreneur, taking Indian craftsmanship global with my India inspired footwear brand makes me proud of my roots and heritage. I feel blessed that I am able to champion a centuries-old craft technique of hand-stitched leather footwear and make it available across the globe.

How has your time at Warwick influenced what you do now?

Although I studied Industrial Relations and Managing Human Resources, my time at the Business School and interactions with my friends from across the world shaped my global approach to brand building.

Favourite memory? 

Sitting at Varsity post classes on wintery evenings and sharing drinks with friends, summer-time grazing on the lawns outside Warwick Arts Centre, grabbing drinks at the Terrace Bar, and running for classes on a snowy morning! Not to mention countless nights spent at WBS wrapping up group work.

Best thing about the Warwick community?

The lifelong bonds of friends who've turned into extended family.

Favourite place on campus?

WBS and the lawns outside the Arts Centre.
